Finely ground, almost like powder to ensure you enjoy an authentic brew.

Best prepared slowly over the stove in a traditional Dzezva, the grounds remain in the coffee and quickly set at the bottom – you can even have them read!

We are one of the only roasters in Sydney to use traditional stone grinders imported from Eastern Europe for all our European Speciality Coffee. Not only does it improve the flavour of the coffee its ground so fine you could mistake it for powder.

  • Mild nutty flavours
  • Full bodied
  • Low acidity

Best made in a: Dzezva or Ibrik on the stove
